Payments and Finances

How do I receive payment for sold tickets?

Payments are automatically transferred to your linked bank account. The standard payout happens weekly, but you can choose other intervals in your settings. You can see the status of all payments under "Payments" in your dashboard.

When do I receive the money from ticket sales?

Normally, the money is transferred within 7 days after the event has been held. For established organizers, we can offer faster payouts — contact us to learn more.

What fees does LINJERUM charge?

We charge a small fee per ticket sold. You can see the current prices on our pricing page. There are no hidden fees, and you always know exactly what you are paying.

Tickets and Orders

Can I offer refunds?

Yes, you can refund tickets directly from your dashboard. Go to the relevant order and click "Refund". You can choose to refund the entire order or just individual tickets. The guest automatically receives a notification and the money is returned to their payment method.

How do I scan tickets at the entrance?

You can use the LINJERUM app to scan QR codes on tickets. The app is available for both iOS and Android. You can also check guests in manually from your dashboard if you prefer.

Can I sell tickets at different prices?

Yes, you can create as many ticket types as you want. Common examples include:

  • Standard and VIP
  • Adult, child, student, senior
  • Early bird and regular price
  • Single ticket and group ticket

Can I limit the number of tickets per purchase?

Yes, you can set a maximum number of tickets per order. This is useful to ensure more people get the chance to buy, or to prevent misuse of discounts.

Events and Administration

What happens if my event is cancelled?

If you cancel your event, you can easily refund all tickets with one click from the event overview. Guests automatically receive an email notification. We recommend communicating clearly about the reason for the cancellation.

Can I change event details after publishing?

Yes, you can edit most details even after the event is published. However, be aware that major changes (such as date or location) should be communicated to guests who have already purchased tickets.

Can I see who has bought tickets?

Yes, you have full access to all order information. You can see guest names, contact details, which tickets they purchased, and more. You can also export this data to Excel if needed.

Technical Questions

Which payment methods do you support?

We support all common payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Dankort) as well as MobilePay. Payments are handled securely through our payment partner.

Is LINJERUM secure?

Yes, we take security very seriously. All payments are encrypted, and we follow industry best practices for data security. We never store full card details on our servers.
