How do I buy a ticket on LINJERUM?

Find the event you want, choose your tickets, and pay with card, MobilePay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your ticket is delivered by email and is available in your account on linjerum.com. No app required — the ticket works straight from your inbox or browser at the venue.

Where can I find my tickets?

Your tickets arrive by email straight after purchase and are also saved to your LINJERUM account. Sign in at linjerum.com with the email you used to buy, and you'll find every ticket under "My Tickets" — past and upcoming. Tickets can be opened on any phone or printed if you prefer.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Refund policy is set by each event's organizer, so it varies. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, you're entitled to a refund to your original payment method. For change-of-plans cases, check the event page for the refund policy or use the secure resale marketplace to pass your ticket on.

Can I resell my ticket if I can't go?

Yes, on most events. LINJERUM has a built-in secure resale marketplace where you can list your ticket at face value and the next buyer gets a fresh, valid QR code. No scalping, no markup — and the original ticket is automatically invalidated once it's resold.

Can I give my ticket to a friend?

Yes — through LINJERUM's secure resale marketplace. List your ticket at face value and share the resale link with your friend; they pay the face value, get a fresh QR code on their account, and your original ticket is invalidated. It's the safe way to hand a ticket over without two people showing up with the same code.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Show the QR code from your phone — either from the confirmation email or from your LINJERUM account. The scanner at the door reads it from the screen. Printing is supported too if you prefer paper, but it's never required.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments on LINJERUM are processed by Stripe, the same payments infrastructure used by major companies worldwide. Your card details are never stored on LINJERUM's servers, and every transaction is PCI-compliant and 3D-Secure when required by your bank.

What if I lose my ticket email?

Sign in to linjerum.com with the email you used at checkout — your tickets are always there under "My Tickets", even if the original email is gone. If you can't sign in, contact support and we'll help you recover access.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled, the organizer issues a refund to your original payment method — typically within a few business days. You'll get an email confirmation from Stripe once the refund is processed. No paperwork to fill in on your end.
