Terms for Ticket Buyers
About Linjerum and these terms
Linjerum is a ticketing platform that facilitates the sale of tickets to events. The platform is operated by: Linjerum ApS Aarhus, Denmark Email: support@linjerum.com CVR no.: 46273249 When you buy a ticket through Linjerum, you enter into an agreement directly with the organizer of the event in question. Linjerum is solely a technical intermediary and not a party to the agreement between you and the organizer. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms as well as any specific terms set by the organizer for the event.
Purchasing tickets
When purchasing tickets, you must provide a correct name and email address. The ticket is sent electronically to the provided email after payment is completed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address is correct. Linjerum cannot resend tickets – contact the organizer if you have not received your ticket. The purchase is binding when payment is completed and you have received an order confirmation. Linjerum does not guarantee that tickets are available for any given event. Tickets are sold while supplies last.
Payment
Prices are displayed in Danish kroner including VAT. The price shown at payment is the final price. You can pay using the payment methods offered at checkout, typically payment cards and MobilePay. Linjerum charges a service fee, which is either included in the ticket price or shown separately at checkout. The fee is non-refundable, even if the event is cancelled.
Your ticket
The ticket is delivered electronically and contains a QR code that must be presented at the entrance to the event. You can show the ticket on your phone or print it. Take care of your ticket. If the QR code is shared or copied, you risk someone else using your ticket before you. Linjerum does not issue replacement tickets. Each ticket provides access for one person and can only be used once.
Resale
Commercial resale of tickets is not permitted. Under Danish law, it is prohibited to sell tickets at a markup. You may transfer your ticket to another person as long as it is done without profit. When transferring, it is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient receives the ticket. Tickets purchased through unauthorized channels are not guaranteed to be valid.
Right of withdrawal
Tickets to events are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Act. This means that you cannot cancel the purchase once the order confirmation has been sent. This exception applies because the ticket provides access to an event on a specific date.
Access to the event
Upon arrival at the event, you must present your ticket with a readable QR code. The organizer may require photo identification. You must follow the organizer's rules and instructions. The organizer may set rules regarding, for example, bringing food and beverages, behavior, and dress code. If you are expelled from the event due to violation of the rules, you are not entitled to a refund. The organizer may conduct security checks at the entrance.
Cancellation and changes
If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Contact the organizer to have your refund processed. The organizer may make minor changes to the program without it giving rise to a right to a refund. In case of significant changes, such as moving to a different date or venue, you normally have the option of a refund. Neither the organizer nor Linjerum covers your possible expenses for transportation, accommodation, or similar if an event is cancelled or changed.
Linjerum's role and responsibility
Linjerum is a technical intermediary for ticket sales. This means that Linjerum is not responsible for: • The event's content, quality, or execution • The organizer's actions or omissions • Cancellation or changes to the event • Damage or loss arising in connection with the event If you have complaints about the event itself, you should contact the organizer. Linjerum's responsibility is limited to ensuring that the ticketing system works and that your ticket is delivered after payment is completed. If the organizer goes bankrupt or otherwise cannot fulfill their obligations, this is a matter between you and the organizer.
Personal data
Linjerum processes your personal data to complete your purchase and deliver your ticket. The data is shared with the organizer so that the organizer can manage access to the event and contact you in case of changes. You can read more about the processing of personal data in our privacy policy on the website.
Complaints
Complaints about the event itself should be directed to the organizer. Complaints about Linjerum's services can be sent to our customer service. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can bring the case before the Consumer Complaints Board or use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts. The use of automated tools or robots for purchasing tickets is not permitted. The terms may be changed. New terms apply to purchases made after the changes come into effect. Reservations are made for technical errors, typos, and sold-out events.
