What Are Seating Plans?
A seating plan is a digital representation of your venue that shows all seats and their placement. When guests buy tickets, they can see an interactive overview and click on the exact seats they want.
Seating plans are perfect for:
- Theaters and concert halls: Let the audience choose their preferred seats
- Sports stadiums: Sell tickets for specific sections and rows

How to Create a Seating Plan
Creating a seating plan is easier than you think. Our visual editor makes it intuitive:
Step 1: Create Your Venue
Start by creating a new venue or selecting an existing one. Give it a name and add basic information.
Step 2: Design Your Seating Plan
Use our drag-and-drop editor to create your seating plan:
- Add sections (e.g. "Orchestra", "Balcony", "VIP")
- Create rows within each section
- Add individual seats
- Mark aisles and other non-sellable areas
Step 3: Set Price Zones
You can set different prices for different areas. Typical examples:
- Higher prices for front rows
- Premium prices for the center section
- VIP sections with extra perks
- Discounted seats with limited view
