We talked to organizers, venues, and festivals in Denmark. The same picture kept coming up: spreadsheets for the budget, one app for shift schedules, another for contact lists, and a ticket platform that only did one thing: sold tickets. The rest they had to figure out themselves.
And the platforms that existed? Either too expensive, too limited, or built for the American market and translated to Danish as an afterthought.
So we built LINJERUM.
Not just tickets
LINJERUM is a ticketing platform, yes. But it is built for the entire process. From the moment you start planning your event to the last guest scanned in at the door.
That means you do not just sell tickets. You manage your budget, your shift schedules, your tasks, your contacts, and your files. All in one place, in the same system.
Assigned seating with interactive floor plans
If your venue has fixed seating, you can build an interactive seating plan directly in the platform. You draw sections, rows, and seats, and your guests pick their own seat when they buy a ticket.
This is not something most ticketing platforms offer. At least not without enterprise deals or expensive add-ons. In LINJERUM, it is part of the platform.
Resale without the black market
Guests who can no longer attend can resell their ticket securely through the platform. At face value, without fraud, and with full control for you as the organizer. No Facebook posts, no risk.
Season passes
Running a venue, a theater, or a sports club? Sell season passes that give access to multiple events. Your regulars get a simple solution, and you get predictable revenue.
Backstage tools
This is what other platforms do not have:
- Budget: Track income and expenses per event. See your net result in real time.
- Shifts: Plan shifts and assign crew directly in the system.
- Tasks: Create, assign, and follow up on tasks for your team.
- Contacts: A shared address book for artists, vendors, crew, and bookers.
- Files: Upload and share contracts, riders, stage plots, and other documents.
- Run sheet: Build a day-of schedule and share it with your team via a link.
Scanner without hardware
Scan tickets at the door with your phone. No extra app, no extra equipment. Open the link, scan the QR code, done.
Queue system for high-demand events
If you expect heavy traffic on ticket sales, you can activate a queue system. Guests get a spot in line and are let in when it is their turn. Fair access, no crashes.
What does it cost?
It costs nothing to get started. No subscription, no setup fee, no lock-in.
The fee is 3.5% + 5 DKK per ticket sold. You decide whether the guest or you pays it. Free tickets are completely free to issue.
Built in Denmark, for Denmark
LINJERUM is not an American platform translated into Danish. It is built here, for the Danish market, with Danish support. Prices in kroner, communication in Danish, and an understanding of how Danish organizers work.
We are just getting started
We are a small team, and we are building the platform closely with the organizers who use it. If something is missing, we want to hear about it.
